🔐 Security
Authentication is handled by the PHP server session. Direct access to the text-file folder is blocked.
✓ Website settings cannot bypass server-side authentication.
✓ Administrators can upload, download, and permanently delete files (.txt, .xls, .xlsx), and manage standard users. Rename is controlled separately by the Master Administrator.
✓ Editing (TXT only) and renaming are OFF for the Administrator by default; only the Master Administrator can enable either permission.
✓ Standard-user download permission is OFF by default and must be granted by an administrator.
✓ The Master Administrator can recover the administrator account.
